1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AUBIS (aubis.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

AUBIS is a travel planning platform for Australia and New Zealand. We provide itinerary planning tools, tour booking via Rezdy, an AI travel assistant, destination guides, and related travel services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our service.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Tour bookings are processed through our partner Rezdy and their respective tour operators.
  • Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual tour operators.
  • AUBIS acts as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of tours or experiences.

5. AI Assistant (Dingo)

Our AI travel assistant provides suggestions and information to help with trip planning. AI-generated content is for guidance only - always verify important details independently.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you create (itineraries, reviews, etc.).
  • By posting content, you grant AUBIS a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform.
  • You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All AUBIS content, including blog articles, images, logos, and software, is owned by AUBIS or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AUBIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
