How to Delete Your Data

If you would like to delete your AUBIS account and all associated personal data, you can do so in the following ways:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to hello@aubis.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your AUBIS account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: Contact Form

Visit our Contact page and submit a data deletion request. Select "Data Deletion" as the subject and provide your account email.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Trip itineraries and travel plans
• Tour booking history
• Wishlist items
• Reviews and ratings
• Newsletter subscriptions
• AI assistant conversation history
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Data We May Retain

• Transaction records for tax and accounting obligations
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

Processing Time
