Is AUBIS free to use?
Yes - planning your itinerary on AUBIS is completely free. We only earn a commission when you book a tour through our partners.
How does tour booking work?
All tours are sold and operated by independent operators through the Rezdy marketplace. AUBIS handles the booking flow end-to-end, including secure payment and confirmation emails.
Do you cover New Zealand?
Yes - AUBIS covers both Australia and New Zealand, with thousands of tours and dozens of destination guides for both countries.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies are set by each individual tour operator and shown clearly before you book. AUBIS displays the operator's terms on every tour page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Rezdy Pay (powered by Stripe). All transactions are securely encrypted.
Can I use AUBIS on my phone?
Yes - AUBIS is a Progressive Web App, fully optimised for mobile, with installable home-screen support on iOS and Android.
Does AUBIS work offline?
Once your itinerary is built, key trip details remain accessible offline through the PWA cache.
Do you offer personalised recommendations?
Yes - our AI travel assistant Dingo uses your travel preferences, budget and interests to suggest tours and build day-by-day plans tailored to you.
